Jamie Flick was a four year swimmer during her career at Central Columbia. She was a two time state champion in the 100 Breaststroke, a state top six finalist in the 200 Individual Medley, and the 100 Breaststroke, and was a member of the state finalist relay teams in the 200 Individual Medley, 200 Freestyle, and 400 Freestyle all four years. Jamie was All State all four years and a Swimming Academic All American her senior year. She was the school record holder in the 100 Breaststroke & 100 Butterfly, and was a member of the school record holding 400 Medley Relay team. Jamie was school record holder in the 100 & 200 Breaststroke & a member of school record holding 200 & 400 Medley Relay teams. She also participated in soccer and track & field during her career at Central.

Jamie graduated from Bucknell University where she swam for four years. She was a Patriot League champion in the 100 and 200 breaststroke and a member of the three time Patriot League champion 200 & 400 Medley Relay teams. Jamie is currently teaching 8th grade science in Carroll County, Maryland. She is the daughter of Jay and Jene Flick and she has a sister, Jen.
