Mr. Bartholomew graduated from Wilkes University in 2001 with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. He then received his Master's Degree in Psychology from Marywood University in 2005 followed by earning an Educational Specialist - Secondary Guidance Counselor Certification in 2010. Jason has taught General Psychology, Life Span Psychology, Adolescent Psychology, and Child Development at Wilkes University, Luzerne County Community College, and Bloomsburg University.

Mrs. Gibble graduated from Bloomsburg University in 1986 with a degree in Elementary Education. In 1992 she received her Reading Specialist Certificate and in 1994 her Masters in Education. In 2004 she earned her Secondary Guidance Certificate and 2006 her Elementary Guidance Certificate both from Bucknell University.
Mrs. Gibble was a seventh grade teacher at our middle school for eight years before she became the middle school guidance counselor in 2004. She is currently working one night a week in the district's Alternate Education Program. She is also one of the lead administrators of the district's College and Career Counseling Grant.

Mrs. Haubert is a former Central Columbia graduate and a 2008 graduate of Bloomsburg University, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work.  She continued her education at Marywood University, earning her Master’s degree in Social Work in 2010. Mrs. Haubert is currently employed by CMSU as a Prevention Specialist and has been contracted at Central Columbia School District since 2011.  Mrs. Haubert provides prevention services to Central Columbia students in grades K-12, and helps to link families to resources within the community.  Mrs. Haubert also serves on the SAP team in the Elementary, Middle, and High Schools.

Chief Murtin graduated with a bachelor's degree in Public Administration and Affairs from the University of Scranton.  He went on to a 27-year career in the Pennsylvania State Police, achieving the rank of Captain while also attending and graduating from the FBI National Academy prior to retiring in 2010. He then served as Director of Security at the PPL Susquehanna Nuclear Plant in Berwick until 2012.  Murtin became Chief of Police at Central Columbia when the school police force was originated in 2018, and District Attendance Officer in 2019. He has served as Student Assistant Program Coordinator since 2013.  Murtin is also currently the assistant varsity and JV coach for the CCHS girls' basketball team.
