 237 DIGITAL GRAPHICS

Digital Graphics investigates the world of digital image editing and manipulation. Students will examine the features of digital images and methods of editing photorealistic images. Students will create an electronic portfolio of projects using digital images and photo editing software. 

236 GRAPHICS AND ANIMATION
Pre-requisite: DIGITAL GRAPHICS
0.5 CREDIT

Students will learn the skills needed to successfully manipulate and create graphics in several different formats. The course is designed to expose students to principles, concepts and procedures relating to file formats, design, color, layout, etc. Students will learn basic animation for web.

314 SMALL BUSINESS MANAGEMENT
0.5 CREDIT

Small Business Management enables the students to gain first-hand entrepreneurial experience by starting their own businesses right in the classroom. They create and then investigate their business idea, determine their market and form of business, and create a business plan. They will choose a location and design the business. Students will determine operations, staffing, and product and market mix. Finally, they will create a web page for their business.
