HOW TO EARN AN “A” IN SPANISH?

 1. THE MORE YOU DO IN CLASS…THE MORE PARTICIPATION POINTS YOU WILL EARN!

Take advantage of the beginning of class to study Quizlet AND complete all assessments at the end of each class.

2. PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT!

Spend 5-10 minutes each night using QUIZLET. Be sure to review new & old lists. 

3. LEAVE NO WORDS UNKNOWN & KNOW YOUR CONTENT!

Use the WORD REFERENCE, NOT Google translate to completely understand assigned readings and videos. Reread OR Rewatch daily content. It is very important to have read/reread the current chapter or to have seen the current episodes to participate in daily class activities.  

4. EXTRA PESOS=EXTRA CREDIT-the more you participate, the better your grade

Complete all mandatory and/or optional daily assessments in NEARPOD, SOCRATIVE, QUIZALIZE, KAHOOT, QUIZALIZE, STUDYSPANISH.COM, ETC.

Stay organized, prepared, and attentive in class! Keep all papers organized in your SPANISH binder & check GOOGLE CLASSROOM daily for all assignments, codes, & materials. 

 5. COMMUNICATION:  

Acquiring a new language can become challenging for even the most dedicated students. Everyone acquires language skills in a unique way. If you need help getting organized or feel confused, PLEASE talk to me! It is never too late to be successful in my class! As long as you are working to meet my DAILY EXPECTATIONS, I can guarantee that you will do well on quizzes and tests. Also, if you are absent, it is your responsibility to check the stream in GOOGLE CLASSROOM for missing assignments and complete the work! Nonetheless, I will be happy to help you before or after school, but YOU must put forth the effort and CONTACT ME!
