Welcome!

I teach health and physical education at Central Columbia High School.  My goal as a teacher at CCHS is to provide all of my students with a stress-free environment where they be active and learn new skills. 

The learning management system I utilize is Google Classroom.  Class content, assignments, and the class syllabus can be accessed through Google Classroom.
