“What kind of book do you like to read?”  “Something short.”  PERFECT!  This is the course for YOU!  Short Story is a course designed to appeal to readers of all levels.  Its purpose is to promote reading as a lifetime activity by providing selections that will immediately grab your attention and keep your interest.  Selections range from the mysterious and frightening to the adventurous and unknown.  Students will also have the opportunity to explore the types of writing they like best through writing.
