Course Description:
 
This semester-long Agricultural Science I course is designed to prepare and provide students with a look into the world of agriculture and environmental sciences.  This hands-on semester elective course will provide an educational experience which will involve activities in the following areas of instruction:  Food Science, Plant Science, Animal Science, Wildlife, Forestry and Agricultural Mechanics.  You need not have a farming or production background to be involved with this exciting course that will address the career opportunities and fields of study that exist and are associated with the agricultural/environmental fields.  This course offering is targeted toward the incoming Freshmen Class to help align curriculum with the Career Pathway in Agri-Science, Science and Health.
