On Thursday, January 2, 2020; students in the Central Columbia Agricultural Science III course as part of the meat science unit learned how to properly grind meat for preparation in creating jerky. Students learned how to operated properly and safely a meat grinder as well as how to use equipment in the creation of jerky such as a dehydration unit.
