On Tuesday, October 29, 2019, the Central Columbia Agricultural Science I classes participated in the Annual Fire Safety Day with the Espy Fire Company. This event is in conjunction with the General Shop Safety Unit as well as during Fire Prevention Month. Students learn about the different types of equipment utilized on the trucks, they obtain the opportunity to wear and use self-contained breathing apparatus, learn about volunteer fire fighting and lastly the proper use of a fire extinguisher.
