On Monday, December 17, 2018; students in the Environmental Science course conducted a white-tailed deer antler evaluation lab in which they utilized the Boone and Crockett scoring rubric to score antler sets. This lab applies the basis knowledge of deer management as well as a hands-on measuring activity.
