Environmental Science Class Conducts Maple Syrup Lab 1

On Friday, October 5, 2018; students of the Environmental Science course conducted a laboratory activity on the grading of different types of maple syrup. As students have been studying within the Forestry Section of the course they have learned about valuable by-products associated with the forest industry in Pennsylvania.
