The 1985-1986 wrestling team, coached by Todd Cumming and assisted by the late Bob Rohm, won the PIAA AA State Championship behind Rob Meldrum who won the Heavyweight State Championship, Jeff Giovino who finished 3rd at 167 lbs., Ty Williams who finished 6th at 185 lbs., and state qualifier Nate Barto at 98 lbs.. Along the way the team also won the District IV AA Championship.
