Kristin Johnson, Class of 2000, was a three sport athlete, playing soccer, basketball, and softball. Kristin was a member of the 1998 District IV Championship Soccer Team, 1997 and 2000 District IV Basketball Championship Teams, and 2000 undefeated Mid-Penn Championship Softball Team. In soccer, from 1996-1999 Kristin was named 1st Team Press Enterprise, 1st Team Susquehanna Valley Conference, and was a 1999 PSCA All-State Team selection. In 1999 and 2000, Kristin was also named 1st Team All Mid-Penn and was a Press Enterprise All-Star for basketball. During her basketball career at CCHS she lead the team in 2 point FG% in a single season, Total FG% in a single season, and was an 1,000 point scorer who ended her career with 1,033 points. In softball, Kristin lead the team in triples, RBI's, runs scored, and on base % in 2000. She was also named as a Press Enterprise All-Star and 1st Team All Mid-Penn in 2000. After graduating from Central Columbia High School, she attended Bloomsburg University and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education and was a member of the women's BU Soccer Team. Currently, Kristin is a learning support teacher at Mary S. Shoemaker Elementary School in Woodstown, NJ and is married to Bruce Schlichter. They have two children, Landon and Abigail.
