On Friday, October 4, 2019 the Environmental Science class at Central Columbia High School conducted a maple syrup grading lab. Students learned about the importance of maple syrup, how it is processed and the marketing of the product earlier in the week and then today graded syrup using the official syrup grading rubric. Students taste tested different syrup and then finalized the lab with consumption of pancakes and syrup-Great Day in Education!
